We are excited to introduce Natalia, who recently joined the Argilla team as a Product Manager.

Hers is quite a peculiar background. She studied Classics and specialized in Ancient Greek Linguistics and writing systems (she even published a book about it). But the real outcome of her research was her falling in love with Greek food and the Aegean sea.

While she was finishing her PhD, she discovered Python and NLP and started coding on her own. Soon she was working as a Computational Linguist, managing annotation projects and teams, and using her coding skills to customize annotation workflows and write rules for weak supervision systems.

Natalia brings a balanced skillset to Argilla, including expertise in annotation flows, coding, and communication, making her the perfect link between our engineers, product team, and community. Her primary role is to listen to users and ensure that their needs are reflected in our roadmap. She is also responsible for discovering gaps in the user journey, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience. Don't be shy to reach out to her with your feedback! In her free time, she loves playing weird indie video games 🎮 and she tries to find a little space around the house to do a couple of sun salutations every now and then 🧘🏼‍♀️.

She has lived in 6 different cities across the EU 🇪🇺 and the UK 🇬🇧 during the last decade, but to her nothing feels quite like her hometown, Madrid, and she is thrilled to be back!
