Meet Damián, an accomplished software engineer with over 13 years of experience in the field, although he would describe himself as a software craftsman.
Originally from Argentina, Damián embarked on his professional journey back in 2014, juggling software development alongside his computer engineering studies. By 2018, he was promoted to the role of Training and Development Lead, training and shaping hundreds software teams for a multinational company.
His journey led him to Spain in 2019, he decided to pursue his passion as a software craftsman. Since 2021, he's been sharing his expertise as a Technical Coach, empowering software teams to reach new heights thanks to all the knowledge and experience he cultivated throughout his career.
Since joining our team last June, Damián has been leading our frontend engineering efforts, pushing our frontend architecture to new standards. He has proven to be an invaluable addition, not only contributing to the development of amazing features for Argilla's UI but also helping the whole team to improve the way we work.
