Barely two weeks after launching Argilla Feedback, I've got more exciting news to share. Argilla is the sole company selected for the NLP Annotation category on the 2023 CB Insights AI 100 List. We've been recognized as a leading AI company and one of the most promising startups across the globe.
Over the past months, we've highlighted that data annotation is a fundamental component of the AI development stack, not merely a process or a service that companies can outsource in the long term. It's great to see this recognition on the list, underscoring the critical needs we address.
CB Insights AI 100 Companies
Out of a pool of over 9,000 companies, the CB Insights team selected just 100 vendors operating in the private market, and Argilla is one of them. The selection was based on a wide array of factors encompassing R&D activity, proprietary Mosaic scores, market potential, business relationships, investor profile, news sentiment analysis, competitive landscape, team strength, and tech novelty.
The top 100 list includes incredible companies - congratulations to all of them! We're proud to be listed alongside friends like Hugging Face and Weaviate, as well as admired companies such as Cohere, OpenAI, Weights and Biases, and LangChain.
With our small but mighty team, alongside our fantastic open-source community, Argilla has gained global recognition for our unique NLP and LLM-focused value proposition.
